Work with the team on product development
Detailed design and code implementation of game Logic module and game interface
Improvement and optimization of client Python/shell Automation script.
Computer related major, more than 2 years related working experience (complete project experience on line project)
Solid basic knowledge, with good code style. In-depth understanding of the COCOS2DX engine, proficiency in C + + and object-oriented programming, proficiency in LUA or JS script development, Design patterns have some application capabilities
Familiar with ios/android development tools and related development test tools, familiar with Android studio and Python scripts preferred
Good communication skills and teamwork spirit, rigorous work, strong execution ability, able to withstand greater work pressure
Experience in development of chess and card games is preferred.
This permanent role is based at Phnom Penh, Cambodia

Job Description :

Interacting with external customers and internal customers and addressing their queries, requests and complaints.

Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
