Job Description

  • Responsible for all leasing functions, which may include reviewing and negotiating lease transactions and agreements. Oversees completion of all necessary paperwork and ensures proper customer service.
  • Responsible for the productivity and budgetary performance of the leasing operations department.
  • Develops and implements policies and procedures to improve efficiency and profitability of the department.

  • Requires a bachelor's degree or its equivalent with at least 7 years experience in the field or in a related area.
  • Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
  • Performs a variety of complicated tasks.
  • A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Leads and directs the work of others.
  • Typically reports to a senior manager or head of a unit/department
