Job Description

One of Singapore’s renowned international schools that has been in the business for more than 40 excellent years and provides international education to hundreds of students from more than 50 nationalities from Pre-school to Grade 12 is now on the look for a dynamic Communications Manager.
Job responsibilities:
  • Manage internal communications channels and measures, provide communication consulting services to other departments
  • Raise the professionalism and quality of internal communications in the School
  • Developing an integrated internal communications strategy
  • Oversee all internal communication channels, propose and implement improvements
  • Responsible to enhance, improve and maintain parent portal website and parent app
  • Develop self-help templates to support internal demands
  • Ongoing updates of the School’s website
  • Manage weekly e-newsletter process and propose improvements to communications
  • Enhancing brand guidelines implementation to suit internal needs
  • Execute internal collateral, merchandise and design requests
  • Responsible for all internal collateral, content creation to support internal requests
  • Working closely with design agencies and other outsourced partners to efficiently execute internal requests
  • Work closely with the Events and Marketing team to execute requests
  • Manage external vendors in order to fulfill internal requests
  • Support photography needs in order to support social media content creation from internal events

  • Minimum 3 years working experience in related field; internal communications in MNC background will be a plus
  • Relevant Bachelor’s degree or above.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with proven success in managing multiple projects efficiently and effectively
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with internal and external stakeholders/ contacts of the School at all levels
  • Self-motivated and open-minded personality with ample cultural awareness and eager to work in a multi-cultural team
  • Knowledge of the German language would be advantageous
  • Strong creative outlook with experience in HTML, InDesign tools
