You will work closely with the HR Director and HR Manager. This is a regional role and would be good for someone who is looking to move to the SEA space. About the role You will be responsible for: Payroll management Where you will have to work closely with the vendors to verify salaries and bonuses. You will work with the vendor to prepare the annual IR8A. HR data management Managing staff cost data preparation and internal talent management system. Reporting Prepare and consolidate monthly headcount reports, annual social reporting. Participate in industry related salary and benefits survey Employee Administration Budget administration Benefit administration On-boarding administration About you You must have a good understanding of the Employment Act in Singapore. You are strong with numbers and have an analytical mind. You must be able to multitask and good organizing skills. You must have a good knowledge of Excel. Additionally, you are a good team player and able to work under tight time line. You are meticulous and have great communications skills. Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
