Job Description
JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsibility 
  • Review, analyse, design or enhance existing compensation and benefits policies and incentive plans to meet growing business needs.
  • Work with the Group on alignment of compensation and benefits for the different entities in the Company.
  • Monitor market trends and evaluate the effectiveness of existing compensation programmes including executive compensation in support of business growth.
  • Assist the Head of HR in Remuneration Committee matters of the listed business trust and REITs.
  • Handle a business partnering role for some of the entities.
JOB REQUIREMENTS

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree with professional accreditation in compensation.
  • Minimum 5-8 years of relevant experience with strong understanding of compensation and benefits fundamentals with excellent consultative skills.
  • Prior experience with supporting Remuneration Committees will be an advantage.
  • Hands-on team player with strong analytical, project management and presentation skills.
  • Self-starter, independent, pro-active and results-oriented.
