Job Description

John Clements Consultants, Inc. is looking for a Content Manager for a fastest-growing social network in the Philippines. The work location will be in Mandaluyong City.

Job Qualifications:
  • Candidates must be a Bachelor's/college degree holder of any course
  • Familiar with Pop culture and Gen-Z users attitudes and behaviors
  • Have a strong interest in social media and building communities, with 2+ years of experience in social channel management and content creation.
  • A meme lover; Have insights into trending topics
  • Proven ability to build relationships and communicate with ease across internal teams, as well as external partners
  • Know well about the Internet Industry; curious learner and self-starter; have strong interpersonal skills; can thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment and respond well to unexpected and high-pressure challenges.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and evolve an interest-based content ecosystem, including influencers, Key Opinion leaders, Professional Content Creators, and Agencies
  • Understand the Products key features, and the Communitys Culture and Preferences
  • Create a methodology for identifying, tracking, and segmenting content
  • Monitor key metrics of content performance to improve the quality of our content and refine the community culture
  • Lead trending content operation, push notification management, and community governance and enhancement with stakeholders
