The Job
In this role, you will take ownership of the Company's communications strategy and content calendar, planning what messages to use with marketing objectives in mind such as brand awareness and SEO.

You are responsible for:
  • Tracking, analysing and optimising content, making constant improvements.
  • Helping with the development of the Company's brand tone of voice.
  • Writing original content such as blog posts with SEO in mind.
  • Introducing personalisation and segmentation to the Company's messaging to cater to different users in different countries.
  • Briefing designers and photographers while acting as a brand guardian.
  • Engaging and growing social media accounts.
  • Building relationships with third parties to gain opportunities for the brand to be published or interviewed on external sites.
  • Helping with planning for product communications and onboarding flows to improve user experience.
  • Supporting events and marketing stunts

The Profile
  • You have at least 3 years of experience ideally in Content Management, PR, Digital Marketing or Marketing Communications roles.
  • You have the ability to develop engaging content for a wide range of audiences.
  • You are a creative marketing professional, preferably with strong content creation and writing background.
  • Experience within Content Planning, Content Development & Management, Social Media/ Viral Marketing and Performance marketing would be a strong advantage.
  • You have good knowledge of Web Analytics Tools (eg. Google Analytics) and SEO.
  • You have strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard.
  • You love to be efficient and productive.
  • You are a great planner who is well-organised.
  • You have strong business acumen.
  • You are a proactive learner and have a positive attitude.
