Description

The Life and Health Operations (LHO) department plays a pivotal role in ensuring we provide our customers with affordable and comprehensive life and health products, with efficient processes to allow optimal service to our customers.
As part of the LHO New Business Admin team, you will be responsible for the sorting of policy documents and the processing of forms received.
Responsibilities include:

  • Prepare withdrawal and processing letters

  • Prepare monthly report

  • Reprint of policy document

  • Sort/process incoming scanned document

  • Tasks assigned by reporting supervisor

#LI-DHQualifications
  • Have at least GCE 'O' Level qualification preferably with prior relevant administrative experience
  • PC literate and proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Meticulous with an eye for details
  • Team player and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
