Ability to guide and develop component on each individual DevOps journey
Development of the internal engineering productivity tools and environments.
Be an innovative and hands-on DevOps capable of looking at both the technology and strategy around the platform.
Provide strong implementation for processes, automation, best practices, documentation.
Development and operation of continuous integration and deployment pipelines.
Ability to conduct research into software issues and products as required
Working with the latest tools and techniques
Hands-on coding and mentoring, usually in a pair programming environment
Working in highly collaborative teams and building quality environments.
Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure, fast paced, global environment
Knowledge in lots of different open source technologies and configurations.
At least 4-6 years of experience as a Developer/ Development Lead.
Excellent problem solving skills
Excellent communication skills in order to facilitate workshops
Strong development experience in UI framework and JS libs such as NPM, Node, Bower, Ract. Responsive websites and UX experience knowledge.
2 to 4 years of development and delivery experience with Java, Spring, Spring boot Etc
Experience with highly scalable distributed systems
Strong understanding of Linux.
Experience working with, or an interest in Agile Methodologies, such as Extreme Programming (XP) and Scrum

Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
