Controlling and Compliance Executive (Automotive/ East)
Responsibilities Compliance Matters Assist in the setup and maintenance of the local Compliance Management System, support the company in meeting all relevant internal and external compliance matters. Independently execute matters in the field of compliance, risk management, and Group strategy, based on the framework set out by headquarter. Maintenance of contract registry Prepare and conduct regular compliance communication to employees e.g. training Prepare and execute process reviews (planned and ad-hoc basis) to assess the adequacy and effectiveness of internal control design and execution, as well as recommend improvements Apply the compliance instruments in order to identify and mitigate potential compliance risks: Anti-Money Laundering, Antitrust Prevention, Corruption Prevention, Data Privacy Protection, Information Protection, Internal Regulations and Business Partner Compliance. Support the implementation of compliance processes, tool and IT-systems in the company. Assists in the Compliance case management e.g. inquiries by employees, customers and authorities, complaints and incidents. Assists in the preparation of management reporting materials. Drafting and implementation of Corporate Policies which are applied on a company-wide basis. Risk Management Matters Assist in the annual risk identification and validation exercise Monitor and ensure the timely implementation of measures for key risks identified Prepare and conduct regular risk management communications to employees e.g. training Assist in the preparation of management reporting materials Requirements Degree in Accountancy or Business At least 2 years relevant working experience (internal audit, compliance, risk management) Proficient in drafting report and guidance Confidence in to facing and communicating all various levels of employees.
