To oversee communication materials and collaterals for the company such as press releases, speeches, newsletters, etc.
Accountable to strategize and plan all communication plans, activities and touch points for all new product launches, promotions, campaigns, events and advertising collaterals.
Responsible for editorial, copywriting and brand design direction for all promotional materials, website content, newsletters, brochures, EDMs, etc and to ensure brand & corporate guidelines are followed.
To ensure that all design artworks are aligned to company directions and messaging.
Contents might be communicated in 2 languages (English & Malay).
Responsible in the reviewing of content from other department entities as well as social media and marketing content/materials prior to it being published internally or externally.
Responsible to overseeing and making certain that all content developed for social media. comply with the global brand guidelines and compliance requirements to protect the reputation of the brand of the company.
Website management Accountable to ensure all content such as company information, product information, promotion, events, company announcements are updated for the website. This includes backend system set up to ensure all information and pricing up and updated.
All contents to be communicated in 1language (English).
To oversee external PR Agency in the development and execution of communication and public strategy this includes media relations, public relations and events.
PR & Crisis management
Responsible to manage the public relation of the company by building consistent brand image and corporate identity and maintain good relationship with the media
Track & monitor competitors status
Accountable to lead in crisis management thru effective communication to all internal staff, members and customers and media when necessary
Lead & develop team
Any other duties as assigned
Degree in Mass Communication, Marketing, Journalism, Business
Minimum 3-4years of relevant working experience including people management in communications, including marketing communications, media relations, branding, website & social media management, online communications
Excellent copywriting and language skill in English & Bahasa Malaysia
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills, creative, meticulous & result-oriented
Good understanding of multi-channel communication & new media trends
