Our aim is to provide value-added services and solutions that are flexible and tailored to the particular circumstances and needs of our clients. Responsibilities As a Senior Associate, you’ll work as part of a team of problem solvers with extensive consulting and industry experience, helping our clients solve their complex business issues from strategy to execution. Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Manage a portfolio of clients with minimal supervision.
Provide corporate secretarial and administrative support to clients.
Prepare and maintain statutory records in compliance with the laws.
File returns with the Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority.
Draft resolutions and minute proceedings of meetings.
Maintain share registers & minute book.
Coordinate and organise meetings between Directors and Shareholders.
Provide advice on company law and corporate secretarial practice.
Perform any other ad-hoc assignments.
ICSA graduate or those pursuing, as well as Degree/Diploma in Business Administration/Commerce/Law related disciplines.
For Senior Consultant level: Minimum 4-6 years of relevant experience.
Proficient in MS Office applications.
A team player with good interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.
Well organised, meticulous, able to work independently and manage tight deadlines.

Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
