Counterparty Risk – Operation Architecture Support (Intermediate) - 1 year extendable contract

Job Description


In a challenging and multicultural environment, the candidate will mainly provide technical expertise in Counterparty Risk and its related release management services. In coordination with the Credit clearing center Architecture/Release team in CACIB Head-Office, there will be also strong involvement in the architecture streams.

Main responsibilities

• Provide technical expertise in Counterparty Risk applications.

• Provide all release management process (packaging, compilation, merge, etc)

• Ensure the deployment of the release in non-production environments

• Coordinate the deployment in production of a new application release

• Provide level 3 application support on Credit Clearing Centre Application for:

- Requests management (users and others IT teams)

- Batch monitoring

- Parametrization / custom / launch applicative batch

- Troobleshot, investigation issue which require good knowledge of application & infrastructure

- Prioritization task, escalation follow up which required good knowledge of Business context.

• The AO(Operation Architect) should have a pro-active mindset in security, incident preventive measures, productivity and global improvement of the quality of service.

• Good communication (batch follow up, incident analysis, implementation chasing).

• Need to adapt level of communication to class of recipient (Infra team, applicative team (dev, BA, Support), Business team, Quant team)

• Deployment on Non prod env and Prod env.

• Escalation to Dev teams when required.

• Share information between Paris/Sgp/Ldn.

• Relay activity Paris-SGP-Paris.

• Perform automation and development to improve Release management activities.

The activity provided will have to comply with the CA-CIB Policy.

Qualifications and Profile

Work Experience:

 Candidates should have 7+ years experience in Release management activities in a large organization, preferably in Counterparty Risk/Front office domain.

 Monitoring tools - ITRS Geneos, Command Centre - State machine

 Strong knowledge in SQL and UNIX platform.

 Good knowledge in Control-M


 Database: Sybase

 Application Server : JBOSS

 File system : ISILON

 Middleware : CFT, MQ series

 Langage : Java, C++ (Lib) ,Shell Script

 Grid computing : Datasynapse, Windows

 Batch : Linux

 Knowledge on Container Managemnet (docker , Kubernetes) ,ELK monitoring , Ansible configuration will be added advantage


Basic knowledge of Agile methodology will be added advantage.
