We are looking for a Creative Producer for a leading media organization to work with a network of production companies to create innovative and compelling visual content with powerful storytelling, resulting in entertaining programs. You will be working closely with the Ad Sales team to implement the programming solutions strategy during every phase of production: pre-production, casting, scripting, rough-cuts, fine cut and final delivery. Responsibilities: Develop, pitch, manage and supervise client funded short & longform productions Create high quality, entertaining and engaging programming that exceeds expectations. Create and maintain robust relationships with production companies in order to develop new programming ideas for the network and clients. Receive and review pitches from external production companies and develop ideas internally that are identified as high priorities. Maintain highest editorial standards within budgetary requirements. Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
