Minimum Qualifications:
Undergraduate (completed 2nd yr college) with 6 months - 1 year of call center experience in 1 call center from any US Voice account is an advantage
Fresh graduates with exceptional communication skills are welcome to apply
Good interpersonal skills
Analytical and problem solving skills
Good comprehension skills
Basic knowledge with MS Office
Willing to work on weekends and holidays
Amenable to work in Libis, QC

HGS offers:
Up to 160K incentives per month
15% Night differential
HMO coverage for employee upon Day 1 and dependent upon certification
