Up till S$3,900 basic and above
5 days work week + transportation provided
Structured Training for entry level

9 hours rotating shift with high allowance included

Our client is one of the largest and award winning in-house contact centres in Singapore serving a broad customer base is inviting qualified candidates to fill the position as Customer Care Consultant

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Personalized service over the telephone to customers on banking products, accounts, and services enquiries in an effective and efficient manner.
  • Handle email enquiries and live chats.
  • Understand customers' needs and provide appropriate/ customized solutions.
  • Identify cross-sell opportunities during customer interaction.
  • Gather customers' feedback and provide timely feedback to the Team Lead on issues for improvement.


REQUIREMENTS:
  • Diploma/Degree holder.
  • Demonstrates good communication skills and able to work in a pressurized and highly driven environment.
  • Comfortable to work rotating shift hours including weekends and public holidays.
  • Pior customer service experience in a call centre environment are welcome to apply.

  • Location :Islandwide
  • Working Days/Hours : 5 days/ 9 hours rotating shift
  • Salary :Up till S$3,900 basic (salary will commensurate according to experience & qualifications)
