Customer Care Executive (Call Center, East, Up to S$ 3,000)  

Responsibilities:

  • Customer communications via hotline and electronic channels 
  • Create exemplary customer service experiences by providing effective service encounters 
  • Effectively manage multiple responsibilities and priorities 
  • Maintain disciplined case management, monitor and execute timely and appropriate responses/actions 
  • Investigate and resolve customer issues within stipulated SLAs 
  • Conduct, monitor and facilitate thorough investigations through to resolution 
  • Manage difficult situations and execute negotiations with finesse 
  • Accurately maintain records of all case details and internal/external communications/interactions in feedback management system 
  • Proactively identify and communicate current and potential crises to minimise lapses/disruptions 


Requirements:
  • Minimum GCE O level qualification 
  • At least 3 years’ experience in Customer Service or Call Center environments 
  • Possess considerable initiative and interpersonal skills to flourish in a dynamic and fast-paced environment 
  • Take personal responsibility to identify and act upon opportunities to deliver ‘WOW’ customer experiences 
  • Understand the concept of "under promise-over deliver" and how it can be used to manage internal/external customer expectations to advantage 
  • Characterise an excellent service mindset that anticipates and instinctively responds to any given situation 
  • Excellent case monitoring and follow-through 
  • Team player who contributes to knowledge base and team synergy by sharing and communicating information effectively to enhance learning within the team
