Job Title:                              CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVE (ORDER ENTRY & DATA MANAGEMENT) 

Location:                              Philippines 

Job Description :


  • Support order booking and administration via SAP - Core role
  • To support customers and the sales team with order processing, general queries, stock levels, credit information, logistics and basic product information with the objective of continuous improvement and maximizing customers satisfaction.
  • Answer and record calls and problems reported.
  • Track & manage request until case is closed. (on line or off-line) in order to ensure a quick response to customers request.
  • All order processing, amendments, tracking and expediting for all products.
  • Process RMA, Credit and Debit notes.
  • Enters a variety of business related data into computer applications and verifies entries
  • Maintains and updates office files, including customer files and general correspondence files
  • May perform routine clerical duties and/or special projects as requested

  • Bachelor's Degree in any field
  • At least 2 years working experience in Order & Data Entry Managemenet function
  • Experience working for product data entry management / order managment is preferred
  • Experience working in a Shared Services Set up is a plus
  • Fresh Graduates are also encouraged to apply
  • Knowledge in SAP system preferred (not required)
  • Amenable to work in Epza Cavite
  • Amenable to work on a night shift
