Job Description :
  • 5 days work week 8.30am to 5.30pm (Office)
  • Salary range up to $3000 (Depend on your Customer Service Experience)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (MS Word/MS Excel)

Our client is specialises in traditional Chinese medicine.

Job Description:
  • Part of CRM Team to take care of customer data, issues and enquires;
  • Entry, updating, correcting, sorting, processing and protection of all members related information;
  • Responsible for managing efficiency of the volume of data entry and reduce backlog to the minimum;
  • Retrieval of customer information and ensure PDPA compliance;
  • Processing of all members entitlements and benefits;
  • Take charge and assist in customer service recovery;
  • Collect feedback from staff and channel to internal team for improvement;
  • Manage customers feedbacks and resolve members enquiries/ issues;
  • Management of incoming customers calls and emails as well as Facebook postings;
  • Responsible for providing excellent customer service experience;
  • Processing & filing of CRM invoices;
  • Provide support to other CRM projects such as roadshows and campaigns;
  • Other administrative support as required by the department.

Job Requirement:
  • Fresh Degree Holder with internship in customer service duties are welcome to apply
  • Diploma (if have 3 years of similar experience)
  • Customer-oriented with good-tempered, prior experience in Customer Service is preferred
  • Good organisational skills
  • Positive attitude with service mindset
  • High adaptability and multitasker
  • Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills
