• Handle incoming calls, chats and email enquiries.
• Deliver professional quality service experience to customers.
• Handle complains effectively and perform service recovery.
• Upsell products and services.
• Ad hoc related dutiesJOB REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma in Business Management
• Minimum 1-2 years of working experience preferably in B2C Contact Centre environment.
• Familiar with Contact Centre software and hardware systems.
• Proficient level of Verbal and Written Communications.
