Ensure that clients are onboarded in an efficient and timely manner, and that they are equipped with adequate knowledge to use and promote the use of company's software as their primary (financial and human) resource management tool
Support Business Development in the pre-sales stage, by providing real-time product demonstrations of existing features, in order for them to confidently convert prospects into clients
Perform onboarding activities so that clients may commence their first use of the platform within a standard turnaround time, by:
Reviewing, organizing, and migrating client data from their legacy systems into company's system accurately and efficiently; and
Equipping clients with the requisite knowledge to set up the basic database profile through a mix of personal interactions and the provisioning of up-to-date user manuals
Facilitate Product Development by funnelling client feedback on product features promptly and accurately to the relevant teams, in order for clients to correctly perceive the platform as one that is progressively evolving
Working hours: 9am-6pm (Monday-Friday)

Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
