My client is an established company, and they are looking for a Customer Service Officer to support mall patrons in their general enquiries. The officer will be stationed at a customer service desk in a shopping mall based in the North. Responsibilties: Provide professional and prompt resolution to shopper's enquiries Handle in-bound calls and paging system Handle customer loyalty programs and any mall promotion activities Participate in marketing activities Other ad-hoc admin/ clerical duties as assigned Requirements: Fresh graduates welcome to apply Min. Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
