Job Description
  • Accepting order inquiries from customers and responding with follow-up queries.
  • Handling and resolving customer complaints, obtaining and evaluating all relevant data to handle complaints and inquiries.
  • Following up with customers to ensure high level satisfaction and determining future requirements.
  • Generate sales order for order processing.
  • Verify certificate of analysis/ compliance, applying inspection status.
  • Preparing, generating and distributing order acknowledgements and daily reports.
  • Compiling sales data and gathering information about potential distributors and competitors.
  • Maintaining database of customer contacts.
  • Candidate must possess at least a O Level qualification.
  • Possess 1 year of administrative and customer service experience.
  • Full-Time position(s) available.
