Job Description :
  • Interview Venue: Mid Valley, Kuala Lumpur (May2019)
  • Gross up to S$2300 (Basic+Allowance+HP Line+TV Cable)
  • 5 days shift work/ 42.5 Hours per week + Shift Allowance


Our client is a large Telco Company based in Singapore
Description
  • To provide excellent customer support, and address our customers' needs and requests promptly in the areas of product information and problem solving.
  • Responsibilities:
  • Handle customers incoming general and new product launches enquires
  • Assist in resolving any service or billing related issues
  • Handle and resolved escalate matter in given SLA
  • Any other ad-hoc projects.

Requirements:
  • Diploma, GCE A / O level
  • 1 year of Customer service experience
  • Candidates with no experience are welcome, Training provided
  • Able to articulate well and friendly, always enjoy talking on the phone.
  • Must be able to work rotating shift, include weekends and public holidays


Other information:
  • Work Location: Tai Seng Singapore
  • 5-day work week, rostered shift (min 8.5hrs per day)
  • Basic Salary + Allowance + OT if any + Staff Benefits
  • 2 off days per week
