Job Description
Responsibilities:
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
  • Answers incoming customer calls regarding service questions and general concerns

  • Resolve customer complaints via face to face, phone, email, mail or social media
  • Process orders, forms, applications and requests
  • Maintain customer databases

Requirements
  • Minimum Diploma Holder with at least 2yrs relevant experience
  • Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
  • IT savvy and can troubleshoot own pc problems
  • Experience in school or events environment is an added advantage.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
