Job Description
-Servicing existing clients for updating of personal details and setting appointments for Annual Review.

-Script and Customer Lists will be provided with DNC and PDPA filtered.

-Training will be provided.
-Regular office hours, Monday - Friday, 9.00 am - 6.00 pm, 10.00 am - 7.00 pm.


Candidate must possess at least Primary/Secondary School/"O" Level in any field.

Required language(s): English (for English speaking clientele) & Mandarin (for servicing of Chinese speaking clientele).

At least 1 Year of working experience in the administrative field is required for this position.

Required Skill(s): Professional telephone etiquette, speak fluently in English. Knowing Mandarin is an advantage.
