Job Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Record and update information submitted by transport companies in the system
  • Record and update information of vehicle details in the system
  • Check incoming emails and faxes on request for changes in transport delivery schedule
  • Provide guidance on transport requirements and address queries
  • Conduct play-back on vehicles’ past movements and locations
  • Record and report to the Authority of any system fault or technical error


Job Requirements:
  • Possess at least 3 GCE ‘O’ level passes or equivalent
  • Able to communicate in English and a Mother Tongue Language
  • Possess basic computer literacy skills such as Microsoft Office applications
  • Past working experiences managing calls in a call-centre or an operations centre
  • Able to understand the regulatory controls and measures governing the transport of Petroleum and Flammable Materials (P&FMs) in Singapore.
