5 days work week / 4 days shift
MNC Logistics Industry

Our Client is one of the worlds leading player in logistics and freight forwarding. They are looking for suitable candidates to fill the position as Customer Service Officer (Airfreight Import/AOG/Logistics)

Handle internal and external client enquiries
Coordinate with other departments to ensure accuracy in documentations and invoicing
Troubleshoot shipment issues
Investigate any operation incidents and service failures to make recommendation to Manager
Ensure proper inventory management/ cycle count
Other Ad-hoc duties as assigned by Manager

Diploma/ITE/GCE 'N' Level in Logistics or Business Administration
Minimum 1 years relevant experience in Airfreight/AOG/Logistics and familiar with import and export process.
Knowledge of Incoterms 2010 is an advantage
Candidates without experience but possess relevant credentials are welcome to apply
Excellent interpersonal skills
Flexible and willing to take on new challenges

Location : East/CBD
Working days : 5 days/week - Monday to Friday, normal working hours
OR 4 days/week (12 hours rotational shift)
Salary : Up to S$2,800 or higher / Negotiable (salary will commensurate according to experience & qualifications).
