Responsibilities:
  • Report to Manager, Customer Service
  • Manage incoming calls and customer service inquiries
  • Identifying and assessing customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
  • Meet customer service team’s KPI and call handling quotas
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
  • Keep records of customer interactions and follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies


Requirements:
  • Degree Holder
  • At least 2 years of working experience in insurance / finance industry
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
  • Familiar with contact management system and practices
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
  • Ability to achieve KPIs

6 months contract, 5 days work in Sheung Wan, Mon to Fri, 0900 to 1800
**Part Time: Flexible working schedule; within Mon to Fri, 0900 – 1800; minimum 4 hours per day, i.e. 11:00 – 15:00, hourly rate around HK$70 – 80
**Full Time: Mon to Fri, 0900 to 1800, salary range around 14k – 20k per month depends on experience
**Summer Job (Full Time): Mon to Fri, 0900 to 1800, salary range around 10k – 12k per month depends on experience
(Student with less experience will be considered as Part Time or Summer Job)
