Job Description :

Telecommunication Sector
1 Year Contract (Convertible to Permanent)
5 Days Work / Office Hours
Near MRT
Up to $2,300
Attractive benefits and bonuses

Job Responsibilities

Attend to hotline calls on products and services
Attend to customer queries, service requests, complaints and concerns from other sources
Follow up to provide solutions or recommendations
Follow up on service termination requests
Provide back-end support for applications processing
Assist in handling customers at front counter, when necessary
On standby duty rotation to handle urgent calls after office hours
Generate monthly reports
Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

Diploma / Higher Nitec
Ability to multi-task and customer service oriented
Preferably with minimum 1 year customer service experience. However, candidate without prior working experience but have the right aptitude will be considered.
Experience in managing social media platforms is an advantage
