Job Description
Outbound Management

1. To Provide Timely Outbound delivery to 3PL (third party logistics) to facilitate Goods Issue.

2. Manage exceptions related to outbound delivery execution at 3PL, as per agreed procedure and approvals.

3. Data validation and recording of all the Outbound NCRs raised by 3PL.

4. Preparation and circulation of Outbound related dashboard as per agreed timelines.

5. Backorder management: open requirement which cannot be serviced during delivery creation, will fall under backorder processing. Outbound analyst to manage Backorder processing as per defined procedure.

6. Communication related to Backorder management and Outbound processing to relevant stakeholders.

7. Prioritization and scheduling of Outbound deliveries for optimized order to border lead-time for affiliates

8. Stop-shipment coordination for Traceability and various analysis

Customer complaint resolution:

1. Handling of Customer complaints: communication with affiliates and 3PL, complaints closure with help of 3PL and QA teams.

2. Record of Credit/debit notes, if any, for affiliate returns.

3. Returns / Recall/ Stop-shipment execution.

4. PO processing process in Ariba


1. Degree or Diploma holder with 1-3 years’ experience in Customer service/ Data management

2. Supply chain related educational qualifications and work experience will be preferred

3. Excellent analytical ability

4. Customer (internal and external) driven approach.

5. Good skills in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint

6. Candidates with system Knowledge (SAP/ databases/ Business Intelligence tools) will be preferred

7. Mastering complexity: Autonomy, Managing complexity/technical accountability

8. Scheduling and prioritization
