Job Description

Job Description:
  • Ensures that assigned brands get excellent performance ratings
  • Provides shipment status to the customers
  • Confirms, cancels and refunds orders, when needed
  • Sends out order delay notifications
  • Updates internal tools like spreadsheets
  • Earns customer trust and positive feedback
  • Addresses customer queries on orders processed by coordinating with the Supplier Management group
  • Supports the Customer Service Manager and acts as POC in the absence of his/her manager or when needed

Job Qualifications:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year(s) of working experience in Customer Service is required for this position.
  • Can work on night shift.
  • Confident in speaking American English and good in writing emails
  • Good Attendance record in previous employments
  • Great contributor even on matters outside his/her scope
  • Model employee
  • Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Customer Service or equivalent.
  • Full-Time position(s) available.
