Job Description

  • • Possess positive attitude and customer-oriented mindset

    • Fluent in English and mother-tongue language (Mandarin, Bahasa/Malay or Tamil) for both spoken and written to communicate with working associates and clients

    • Attentive, resourceful, & proactive to handle problems and achieve customer satisfaction

    • Adept at handling multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment

    • Passion in helping the team members to reach the higher goal

    • Proven good CSAT or KSAT past records

    • Passion in helping client and their customers during escalation at all times

    • Must complete all required client’s and continual education training modules

    • Knowledge and/or experience with Microsoft Outlook, IE, type 35 WPM, Proficient with MS Office
