Job Description
  • Manage definition of new uses cases with business stakeholders and other data protection team members involved 
  • Identify new data sources and work with corresponding team to make them available for data protection controls 
  • Interface between business user and data protection team for use case lifecycle process 
  • Analytics capabilities to identify new use cases based on investigation result or user behaviour 
  • Manage interviews with business stakeholders to collect their requirements
  • Validate the feasibility of translating approved use cases into data protection controls 
  • Improve information security documentation, and develop best practices for the data protection 
  • Contribute to the data protection requirement gathering activity based on Requirement Manager’s needs 
  • Contribute to the production of data protection KPI and KRI dashboards, and compliance / regulatory score cards 
  • Contribute to maintain high level of expectation for business requirements and analytics team 
  • Contribute to the preparation of steering committees and risk assessment updates 
  • Answer requests raised by Internal Audit and contribute to the prompt closing of any finding 

Essential skills
  • Good understanding of IT security and data leakage prevention controls 
  • Good understanding of general IT including network security architecture, encryption, and operating systems 
  • Good knowledge of data analytics (hypothesis testing, correlation calculation etc....) 
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills 
  • Ability to propose innovative ideas and solutions 
  • Values and demonstrates integrity 
  • Possesses strong organizational and analytical skills 
  • Team player 
  • Client focused and commercial thinking 
  • Develops clear action plans and follows up to assess progress 
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the following areas: security threats and vulnerabilities, forensics,  DLP 
  • Legal and regulatory aspects surrounding electronic discovery and analysis 
  • Bachelors or Masters Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or a related field 
  • CISSP, CISM or CISA preferred
