Key Responsibilities Enterprise Architecture Data Management: a) Manage data operations including data acquisition, ingestion, integration, analysis to support the Enterprise Architecture team in implementing the tool b) Work with Domain teams in creating templates, collect data from various sources, create macros or other mechanisms to align different templates or cleanse the data and upload data to the tool c) Provide post data upload support, investigating data issues and queries. d) Help setting up useful reports and doing data analyses Team Collaboration: a) Participate in transitioning any macros or data cleansing mechanisms to the EA Tool admin users b) Maintain up-to-date knowledge base related to application data and interfaces c) Communicate / liaise with the SI (Vendor) for the scope and solution that has been agreed with the user Key Requirements - 2 or more years of experience in Architecture - Well versed in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel (macros, pivot tables) - Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing - Organizational skills, to work in a fast-paced environment, on multiple projects and tasks concurrently, while also working with the vast array of information gathered during elicitation and analysis and to cope with rapidly changing information

Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
