Responsibilities Support Database administrative tasks independently. Lead and manage database changes through change request process and provide status reports to the relevant parties. Provide 2nd and 3rd level operational database support. Assist and respond promptly to incident, investigate & provide temporary and/or permanent resolution of incidents escalated. Provide timely status updates to relevant parties. Lead and monitor, measure the performance and availability of databases proactively. Implement corrective actions identified to improve performance & availability. Able to independently handle RAC configuration and RMAN backup setup. Able to support the DR activity and document the steps. Good understanding of Security concepts and audit compliance.
Requirements Degree/Diploma in Information Systems or any other relevant course work. At least3 - 5 years database IT related experience. Must possess knowledge and experience in Oracle, RAC, MS SQL Server, My SQL and Oracle database/MS SQL Server database administration. Has experience in Oracle 12g and SQL 2016 cluster. Certified DBA is a plus. Can demonstrate the essence of a good team player and leader. Self-learner.

New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
