Provide a differentiated suite of financial analysis and advise to meet the investment needs and objectives of this group of sophisticated clients
Partner with an experienced team of product specialists, and with support from teams of innovative treasury sales and dedicated administrative staff members, offer expert guidance on customized solutions to customers, and provide them with professional service for all their banking, borrowing and investment needs round-the-clock
Tertiary qualification with 5 years' sales experience and consistent sales performance, preferably in the banking and related industries
Have a good understanding of equities, unit trusts and other personal investment services
Strong interpersonal and excellent communication skills

Focused, disciplined and exhibit high personal standards
Strong interpersonal and excellent communication skills to serve offshore clients, candidates who can speak fluent Mandarin and/or local dialects will be preferred

Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
