You will be involved in mergers and acquisitions, private equity, IPOs and other corporate finance work
You will be expected to independently manage projects including pitches as well as engagements under the overall guidance of the Corporate Finance Partners and Directors
Responsible for deal execution and project management.
Degree in Business/Finance related field and/or MBA qualifications
Min 5 years of relevant professional transactions experience with investment banks/corporate finance houses
Proven experience and success in deal execution and project management
Ability to build & run financial models independently
Dynamic personality with ability to demonstrate leadership and manage the working team that typically comprises of senior associates and/or associates.
Excellent verbal and written communication ability. Strong analytical and evaluation skills. Demonstrate accuracy and attention to details when working in a fast paced environment
Enjoy working as part of a multi-cultural team
A self-starter with high level of initiative

Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
