We are seeking a Dean to join and lead the Finance, Strategy and Development Business Academy.
The Finance, Strategy and Development Business Academy is one of the organizations reporting to the Finance, Strategy and Development Human Resources Development Center. The Business Academy will become the Business Acumen provider for the company. In addition, the Business Academy focuses on developing employees in a targeted and cost-effective manner, facilitating and supporting Financial-Professional Certifications, addressing gaps in the development of C-Suite positions, and sharing critical knowledge.
The Dean will be responsible for establishing and leading all development programs within the Business Academy. This responsibility includes assuring that the academy programs are supporting and meeting the needs and objectives of the following organizations: Finance, Strategy and Development; Saudi Aramco; and its subsidiaries and joint ventures.
Duties and Responsibilities
Structure, establish and lead all development programs within the Business Academy.
Edit and review program materials, such as, technical courses content and development program curriculums.
Ensure material is written and edited to follow the established Company style, as well as to meet the educational objectives of each program.
Conduct regular studies to evaluate and benchmark the progress and impact of the programs to ensure effectiveness, relevance, and validity.
Manage and develop the instructors within the Business Academy, to ensure their performance is at an acceptable level.
Establish university relations and partnership schemes to ensure and provide academic support to all programs.
Liaise with the Business Academy teams and get their support when needed.
As the successful candidate, you will hold a Ph.D. degree in either Finance or Accounting. A professional finance or accounting certificate is preferred.
In addition you will have the following experience and skills:
Experience leading a Corporate Training & Development program is a must.
At least 15 years of experience, with a minimum of 5 years in an academic environment, preferably experienced in managing academic programs at a university.
Strong leadership skills, such as excellent communication skills, people management, relationship building, organizational design and development.
The ability to handle and manage learning programs development and diverse delivery methods.

Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
