Requirements: • Diploma / Bachelor’s in Computer Science or related field • Must be able to work shifts and weekends in response to needs of the customers and systems being supported • Must understand & be able to articulate the full software development life cycle • Familiar with Unix scripting to deploy to Linux systems • Knowledge of SQL to run database scripts • Familiarity with DevOps tools is good to have Responsibilities: • Provides support for release deployments, which may require shift/afterhours work • Raises change request forms for release into UAT and Production • Performs deployments using tools such as Jenkins and Rocket Aldon • Run database scripts as part of a release, ensuring proper versioning controls are in place • Gathers required documentation for release approval to comply with bank standards • Assist in developing and implementation of deployment plan Important attributes for success: • People-oriented • Able to meet tight deadlines and work well under pressure • Exceeds expectations and produces positive results • Timekeeper, sincere person • Predictable problems and disability points • Identifying and mitigating risks and issues • Commitment to quality, consideration of detail • Be able to work independently with minimal supervision • Effectively communicate with all levels of client organizations, vendors and stakeholders •

Job Description :
To ensure customer service and support all operations. To create customer delight at every interaction.
Interacting with external customers and internal customers and addressing their queries, requests and complaints.
Committed TATs are met consistently
Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
