Designer / Web Content Assistant - Multiple working locations
Contract / Permanent
Up to $3500 + Contract Bonus
Mountbatten/Bras Basah/City Hall
Normal Office Hours

Creating and refreshing of marketing collaterals according to brief provided by Affiliate Marketing team
Designing of marketing electronic mailers and slicing of Email collaterals into HTML format to be used in Marketing Cloud
Assisting external departments with creation of graphics and collaterals
Liaising with design agencies, travel partners and affiliates to ensure artwork produced by external parties are compliant with the companys branding.
Versioning of existing marketing collateral into other languages as required
Update and maintain in-house websites and social media channels (Linkedin and WeChat), including creation of web banners and content for the sites
Edit, publish, track content, and assist in reviewing and optimizing content for web search
Collaborate with marketing team to establish content & website needs
Content planning & execution with a focus on driving website/portal traffic & audience engagement
Liaise/facilitate local & global writers for content write-up
Assist & ensure time updates, efficient management of companys day-to-day web operations
Translate strategic directions into impactful advertising communications

Working Hours:
10am-7pm (By shift every month, including weekends and PH)
44 hours/week

Diploma in Graphic Design/ Web Design / Multimedia Design / Mass Communication or related subject
At least 2-3 years web and multimedia design experience
Proficiency in HTML/CSS, Dreamweaver, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Flash is a MUST
Knowledge of programming JavaScript, JQuery will be an advantage
Knowledge of web publishing, interactive content & social media engagement
Knowledge of SEO, web analytics & content management
Strong in SNS and graphics
Knowledge of different digital platforms social media, web, mobile applications
Ability to work independently and be a good team player with good interpersonal skills
Innovative, creative, and resourceful
An eye for detail
Organized and able to prioritize work to meet deadlines
Strong analytical & troubleshooting skills
Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
