Job Description
Tech refresh

• Check list of EOS and EOW machine from the given list
• Build machine according to user requirement
• Install and test application prior to machine deployment
• Perform data migration from old PC to new PC
• Maintain, analyze, and troubleshoot software and computer peripherals as needed during the upgrade.
• Set up, configure and add all required hardware during upgrade.
• Restore all user and configuration data from user’s backup.
• Replaced old hardware to be disposed with process

Migration

• Liaise with user based on the given list of Green machines
• Complete and troubleshoot Data Migration from old pc to new pc.
• Test and clean PCs, laptops and other related hardware as needed.
• Maintain, analyze, and troubleshoot software and computer peripherals as needed during the upgrade.
• Set up, configure and add all required hardware during upgrade.
• Restore all user and configuration data from user’s backup.
• Provide resolution of end user’s technical issues post migration.
• Provide technical support to end users via telephone or desk side after migration as needed.
• End to end process from liaising with users to deployment of machine

BAU Work

• Address user tickets regarding hardware, software and networking
• Ask targeted questions to diagnose problems
• Guide users with simple, step-by-step instructions
• Conduct remote troubleshooting
• Test alternative pathways until you resolve an issue
• Record technical issues and solutions in logs
• Direct unresolved issues to the next level of support personnel
• Follow up with clients to ensure their systems are functional
• Report customer feedback and potential product requests
• Help create technical documentation and manuals
