Desktop Support Engineer - Singapore
IT Desktop Support Engineer required by a global IT sales and marketing company in Marina Bay, Singapore to be responsible for the technical support and maintenance of 90+ computers both on-site and remote, as well as daily administration tasks. You will provide support in the following areas so experience or knowledge of some or all of these is essential;
- All Microsoft Applications on O365
- Windows 8.1/10
- Exchange 2010 Active Directory and WAN / LAN Support
- VMWare ESX
- Hardware fault diagnosis
- Internal CRMs
- Network Set up and management (TCIP, Cat 5, Switches, IP)
- Disk Imaging
- Broadband / Wireless AP Troubleshooting
Salary is up to $2,800 SGD paid 12 times annually, dependent on experience.
