My client is a well-established world renowned start up in the consumer tech space and they are seeking applications from experienced digital marketing analyst to come join their very exciting team. Sitting within the digital sales team, you will be responsible for managing visibility for key business metrics including performance marketing, social, search and transactional data across the ecommerce journey. You will work closely with multifunctional stakeholders to align on cross functional objectives and translate them into metrics and KPI dashboards and also provide actionable metrics and insights that would lead to increased awareness, traffic and conversion. You will also make recommendations, conduct A/B testing to improve the overall customer experience and ecommerce conversion. You will have a degree in Statistics or quantitative discipline with min 3-5 years of hands on digital analytics experience. You will have hands on experience with Big query, Google Tag Manager, heat mapping tools and at least one scripting language such as "SQL" or "R" with proficiency in analytics and dashboarding platforms such as Tableau, Power BI, Data Studio etc. You will have a chance to grow with an organization that is making its mark globally. Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
