Our client is a highly reputable hospitality brand who is looking to grow their brand presence and online business through various channels including digital platforms, loyalty programs and distribution channels.
You will play an influential role being vital in overseeing their e-commerce platform and ensuring scalable digital infrastructure execution across the region. This includes working on content, search marketing, mobile and social media to improve brand awareness and visibility. You will be tasked to improve their loyalty programs to increase membership through various means.
To be successful in this role, you should have at least 6-8 years digital marketing/ecommerce experience ideally from the hospitality/travel/leisure industry. Team management skills will be beneficial. Track record delivering digital strategies to drive market share and revenue. You must keep updated of the competitive landscape and identify opportunities for potential partnership and acquisition. Strong knowledge of multiple systems including CRM and Big Data to be at the forefront of new trends. Strong communication skills to engage stakeholders at all levels.
