The Client is a Global Leader in Food and Beverage and is looking to hire a newly created Digital manager position for the APAC market.
Reporting to the Head of Digital, you be responsible in driving an integrated digital marketing strategy to optimize digital spend. Develop and implement KPIs, charting the strategic roadmap. Provide advisory to individual brands on digital marketing initiatives, expenditure, processes and strategies, CRM tools to gain market momentum, customer loyalty, increases market shares and coverage.
To be successful in the role, you must be a degree holder with strong experience in driving digital transformation and digital marketing strategies for FMCG / Retail / Luxury brands.. The ideal candidate must possess the ability to thrive in a fast paced environment and strong influencing and interpersonal skills.

Interacting with external customers and internal customers and addressing their queries, requests and complaints.
Committed TATs are met consistently
Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
