Job Description: Our partner company is looking for an experienced, innovative, digital marketing manager who will be primarily in-charge of managing all marketing platforms to help achieve the companys objectives.
Create and manage promotional campaigns, content marketing strategies, and social media presences.
Innovate and present new marketing platforms and strategies.
Oversee management of all digital channels (including updates, design, and user experience)
Manage and work with the content team, product development, graphics and web design
Help build and design the companys website (including all images, tools, and content)
Maintain an effective and engaging brand messaging.
Working knowledge of web design principles, best practices, and content management platforms.
Develop and manage projects and team members.
College graduate of BS Marketing, Advertising, Multimedia Arts, or any related course
Must have at least 3 to 5 years of experience in multiple platforms of digital marketing and advertisements
Has knowledge of current online marketing trends and best practices
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Team player with strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with various professionals

Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
