Our client is a fast-growing player in the medical device space who is looking for a regional digital marketing manager to be responsible for timely execution of marketing initiatives, new product launches and communications of their products across the markets. You will work closely with the global marketing team and various country stakeholders to ensure local brand and communications plans are in line with global messaging and guidelines. You will drive the digital strategy for the region including toolkits, optimize their website and social media channels and partner with advertising/media agencies. You will also play a consultative role with the consumer teams to support their brand plans and opportunities identifying synergies and driving best practice across markets. To be successful in this role, you should have a relevant degree with at least 5 years of work experience in marketing and/or communications including digital marketing. Strong communicator and interpersonal skills to get buy in and engage at all levels. You should have strong cultural awareness and be able to adapt your communication styles accordingly. Interacting with external customers and internal customers and addressing their queries, requests and complaints.

Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
