A 360 digital marketing role encompassing content marketing to effectiveness reporting, you will be tasked with developing the digital marketing platforms and campaigns working closely with the local and the global marketing teams. You must have an understanding of the social media landscape in Singapore and in the region. Responsible for implementing the digital strategy, you are also tasked with managing regional websites and campaigns to drive demand generation tweaking things as you go falling back on analytics reports. Multi-channel attribution reports and SEO. You will have a degree in Business or Marketing with Finance, Data Science or Statistics with at least 4-5 years of experience working in a similar role working across multiple channels, performance-based campaigns, multichannel attribution and analytics reporting and using CMS and CRM to develop data driven insights. Preference for candidates with knowledge and experience with HTML, creative development software and/or marketing automation tools. Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
