Job Description
Digital Programme Manager - Customer Experience (CX) - Web and Mobile Will be leading end-end web and mobile technology strategy, enterprise wide based on CX Working for a market leader in a dynamic enterprise Responsibilities Work directly with Business Leaders and other key stakeholders to identify, evaluate, present and implement cross-domain Web and Mobile technology solutions to support business strategies. Formulate a digital customer experience vision, strategy and roadmap to deliver an experience that delights customers, fosters strong loyalty and contributes to revenue growth and margin improvement. Set the short-term and long-term strategic priorities to elevate the Omni-channel digital customer experience. Lead cross-functional project work – in partnership with business units, sales & marketing, IT and other stakeholders to deliver on these priorities and measure project adoption and success. Represent the voice of the customer in digital journey mapping, UX/UI design, and other technology initiatives. Provide thought leadership and mentoring on the Web and Mobile enterprise technology space, languages, frameworks and techniques, industrial and emerging trends (hybrid and native). Requirements 12+ years of relevant experience. Experience working in China or Hong Kong in a customer-centric business, leading project teams in creating or transforming best in class digital customer experiences. Experience in business to consumer retail, hostility, travel or leisure industries, relevant technologies and applications, integrations with business systems, business models and new concepts. Strong experience in Web, Mobile implementations, with proven mastery in wide range of solution frameworks, architectures, and technologies. Ability to think strategically and set a vision, while also understanding the details and being able to execute. Strong cross-functional collaboration and project management skills. Able to translate customer needs into business solutions using creative problem solving.
